In this study, we investigated whether organizational creativity drives employee satisfaction of healthcare firms in Nigeria. The study used survey design and questionnaire was the main data collection instrument. Two (2) levels of creativity in healthcare firms were employed (individual and group). Questionnaire was administered to eighty-four (84) employees of selected healthcare firms in Delta State, out of which seventy-six (76) were retrieved and found useable for data analyses. Data obtained were analyzed by means of descriptive, diagnostic and inferential statistical techniques. The multiple regression results revealed that individual creativity (t-value=6.11; p-value=0.000 < 5 percent) and group creativity (t-value = 7.24; p-value = 0.000 < 5 percent) significantly positively influence employee satisfaction. Remarkably, it was found that group creativity had more predictive ability when compared with individual creativity. The study concludes that organizational creativity drive employee satisfaction. The study, therefore, recommends, among others, that healthcare firms should incessantly act in response to and promote creativity at individual and group levels so as to enhance the level of employees’ satisfaction. Furthermore, the management of healthcare firms needs to focus more on group creativity by ensuring and encouraging teamwork among the workforce; this would in turn enhance employee satisfaction.
